Perform Surprise Visit of Assigned Branches.
⦁ Corporate Visits:Special visits to corporate clients are made to physically walk test the problematic areas for any coverage/quality issues and forwarding and follow up with RAN and Optimization team for resolution.
⦁ Drive Testing:2GVoice/Data benchmarking with other operators to check coverage/quality and data throughput of different cities in Sindh.
⦁ PTA audit for Karachi/Hyderabad and Larkana city to check the audio MOS, Accessibility, Retain ability, end to end SMS and call connection time.
⦁ Data Testing: 3G voice/Data benchmarking with other operators in Karachi city to check 3G coverage and data throughput.
⦁ Tickets Handling: Technical issues escalation to respective departments and follow up for the resolution.
