• Single Point of Contact for all aspects of Express Operations from Courier, Logistics and Supply chain to Customer end of the RWP Area of the TCS network.
• Managing Overnight Operations of RWP and 51 Allied locations (Branches, Stations & Agents)
• Responsible for the Transit Hub Operations of Overnight Operations for the whole RWP Area (incl. RWP Express, ISB Express, General Heavy RWP, Peshawar and adjusted cities, Gujranwala and adjusted cities)
• Handling Air Cargo Operations movement in coordination with Cargo agents
• Managing a field HR of 100+ Cargo Officers and 25+ In-house staff in 3 Shifts with an average Shipment Delivery count of 12,000+ of RWP City and 9,000+ of RWP Allied locations
• Overseeing E.COM Operations for RWP Area with daily average 1400+ COD shipments with complete cash reconciliation
• Assessing, handling and improving transportation and service levels at the toughest locations of Gilgit Baltistan region.
• Analyzing and monitoring of daily mandatory reports (Over KPI, QSR, Vehicle run times, COD outstanding etc.) and monthly performance reviews
• Overseeing implementation of new technology (Handheld Devices, Passport delivery through bio-metric verification) and revised incentive structure (RBI)
• Evaluation and revamping of Express Runner routes for Allied destinations resulting in reduced run time of the vehicles and cost optimization
• Leading Area Action Team on fortnightly basis to conduct audit visits at Branches, Stations and Agents across the RWP Area.
• Preparing and regular monitoring of annual OPEX and CAPEX budgets; reduced OPEX expense by 15% by cost offsetting of in-house resources and vehicle expenses.

• Responsible for end-to-end delivery projects of banking and corporate clients with a portfolio worth 25+ million PKR
• Managing projects with customized solutions for high profile clients like PTCL, UFONE, Telenor, NADRA, ZONG etc
• POC for all projects of North region of TCS network maintaining constant coordination with the entire TCS Operations and Logistics network
• Advising and assisting Business team on the Supply Chain Advisory function and initiating Sales lead for Regional and Head Office Sales teams
• Ensuring all KPI\'s and service levels of each Project with close monitoring and follow ups through Project Staff at customer premises, couriers and an in-house team of Team Leader, Project Officers and Data Entry Officers
• Maintaining Project Cost Analysis, Project Scheduling and Gantt Chart on regular basis to ensure optimum service levels for each project

• Carry out planning, work scheduling and employee supervision to ensure desired Operations productivity
• Leading a team of DEOs and Project Officers for timely follow up and execution of high profile Express and Banking projects
• Handling customer complaints and service requests related to individual projects; also, keep close follow up on After Sales activities
• Managing 3rd party suppliers of project shipments and their solutions

• Supervising a team of 14 Field and Project couriers for MMS delivery and project premises Operations
• Ensuring completion of daily reports and QSR for Rawalpindi origin customers after coordinating and reconciling from across the network
• Adhering to set KPIs and ensuring they are achieved along with desired Operations service levels
• Monitoring all ground Operations activities, from pick up to delivery along with Debriefing
