• Assessing, handling and improving transportation and service levels at the toughest locations of Gilgit Baltistan region.

• POC for all projects of North region of TCS network maintaining constant coordination with the entire TCS Operations and Logistics network
• Advising and assisting Business team on the Supply Chain Advisory function and initiating Sales lead for Regional and Head Office Sales teams
• Ensuring all KPI\'s and service levels of each Project with close monitoring and follow ups through Project Staff at customer premises, couriers and an in-house team of Team Leader, Project Officers and Data Entry Officers
• Maintaining Project Cost Analysis, Project Scheduling and Gantt Chart on regular basis to ensure optimum service levels for each project
• Carry out planning, work scheduling and employee supervision to ensure desired Operations productivity
• Leading a team of DEOs and Project Officers for timely follow up and execution of high profile Express and Banking projects
• Handling customer complaints and service requests related to individual projects; also, keep close follow up on After Sales activities
