I have 3 years of work experience. I completed my B.com from RMCC (Punjab University), Pakistan in 2011. I did Masters in Information Technology (MIT) from PMAS Arid Agriculture, Rawalpindi-Pakistan in 2013. In addition to that I was awarded Masters of Science in Project Management (MS/M.Phil) degree from Comsats Institute of Information Technology, Islamabad-Pakistan, in 2016. My research project was on whistle blowing titled Impact of Big Five Personality Traits and Personal Motives on Whistle-Blowing Intentions. I an currently working at Metropolitan school of business and management UK (,UAE Campus)Islamabad as lecturer and curriculum developer.In adition to that i worked as Lecturer at National Textile Institute,Islamabad, I deliver lectures to students from diverse backgrounds, I previously taught as Subject Specialist Teacher & IT Specialist to secondary and elementary classes at Ghouri Career School, Islamabad Pakistan, for a year. I developed and enforced SOPs, maintained lesson plans, attended and participated in faculty meetings, maintained computer lab and supervised students.. It helped me develop skills such as working with diversemind sets, time management, organizational and working under pressure.
