1. Plan Quarterly Disbursement targets (Growth Plan).
2. Provide regular feedback on competitor activities to Area Manager.
3. Cascade branch targets to staff and regularly track and review performance and productivity.
4. Check the entries in MIS on regular basis to tally it with the manual records.
5. Submitting Closing to Area Office on monthly basis.
6. Implement processes of loan distribution, Recovery and monthly meetings in accordance with established policies.
7. Manage and supervise branch HR, Finance, admin and there activities.
8. Operational Risk Management and portfolio Management.
9. Regular group meeting and group audit.
10. New areas identification for credit program.
11. Final appraisal of clients
12. Advise training for branch staff.
13. Record keeping of Branch related documents.
14. Develop self and maintain knowledge in relevant field all times.
15. Use CIB reports for risk assessment
16. Ensure ESM disclosure to be disseminated to clients.
17. Provide and guide the clients on client’s protection principals.
18. Any other assignment assign by management.
