Working as Mechanical Engineer at WARTSILA Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited, Operations & Maintenance of 165 MW Combined Cycle Power Plant consisting of 09 X 18V46 WARTSILA Engines & 01 X 11.6 MW Dresser Rand Steam Turbine. Wärtsilä Oyj Abp is a Finnish corporation which manufactures and services power sources and other equipment in the marine and energy markets.
Plant Maintenance:
 Performed troubleshooting, corrective and preventive maintenance on Wartsila 18V46(16.5MW each)
 Hands on experienced 60000 & 72000 Hrs Major Service of Wartsila Engines.
 Performed as a Lead team leader in Major maintenance 60000 and 72000 Hrs Maintenance.
 Performed troubleshooting, corrective and planned maintenance on Alpha Laval Purifiers.
 Performed troubleshooting on centrifugal, screw, reciprocating and gear type pumps.
 Maintenance & Overhauling of Plate Heat Exchangers (Shell tube and plate type) and plant auxiliaries.
 ABB 20588 kVA alternator Level-4 maintenance as team leader.
 Combined cycle power plant performance analysis: SFOC, SLOC, MTTR, MTBF, Availability and Reliability.
Planning &Scheduling:
 Compose Annual Operating Procedure (AOP) from first draft till final approval from NPCC, Pakistan keeping it in compliance with both the requirements of OEM and Power Purchase Agreement (PPA).
 Creation & Scheduling of Preventive Maintenance plan and assuring adequate stocking levels of warehouse spare parts
i.e. Steam Turbine, Boilers, Engines, Separators and plant auxiliaries.
 Hands on experience using Work Permit System and MAXIMO.
 Efficient maintenance reporting and component history analysis to build-up better maintenance routines as per Mechanical Maintenance Plan.
 Ensured safe working environment at plant by implementing Wartsila Finland O&M policies like 5S implementation, Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA), Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and Lock Out & Tag Out (LOTO) procedures.
 Deliver presentations & trainings.
