Receiving fabric orders from marketing in AMS (Apparel Management System) and
checking requirements and feed in FMS (Fabric Management System)
2. Coordination with R&D department for Po parameters approval and go head to IT for post in
system as per yarn, knitting, dyeing and finish fabric requirement
3. Coordination with marketing team getting sample garment Standards for PP meeting
4. Provide grey fabric to LAB for recipe matching as per approved lab dip from customer
5. Coordination with production team and providing marketing STD to start bulk production
6. Monitoring TNA to achieve the targets
7. Update Po wise data on daily basis and monitoring yarn, knitting, dyeing, dispatch and
induction deviation
8. To strong follow up meeting with yarn sourcing, knitting team and dyeing on daily basis to
avoid any kind of delay
9. Accessory requirement as per ratio to make fabric issuable for processing
10. Checking wastages as per system and monitoring rejections and shortfalls
11. Follow up and monitoring shortfalls on top priority basis
12. To make sure maximum yarn knittable as per requirement
13. Monitoring reprocessing lots and follow up to expedite
14. Fabric requirements in KG to achieve 100% shipments
15. Managing leftover fabric (grey & finish) in future orders
16. Monitoring lot aging and expedite on priority
17. To make sure maximum fabric cut able from processing wip on daily basis as per targets
