Working on Self Employment of Women in Private Health Sector Punjab in 14 districts of punjab

In order to fulfill obligations under article 25-A of constitution of Pakistan and to enhance Involvement of private sector to complement efforts of public sector in provision of free and compulsory education for all children of the age 5-16, the objectives of PSSP are as under:
To increase enrolment in low performing Public Sector Schools.
To improve quality of education.
To provide conducive teaching and learning facilities.
To ensure enrolment of Out of School Children (OOS).

 Establishment and monitoring of 50 Livestock Training Centers at Union Council Level in District Gujrat and Gujrat & Jhelum as per set criteria of Punjab Skills Development Fund (PSDF)
  Negotiation, Communication and advocacy skills with counterparts, local and provincial authorities.
  Supervision, support and coordination in child protection and related Programme, and monitoring and evaluation of their activities and products.
  Coordination with partners (government, NGOs)
  Have good understanding and experience of social inclusion approaches involving social mobilization, CVA, advocacy and CDI concepts.  Experience of working in community empowerment focused projects while effectively engaging the communities and government. 
 Knowledge and experience in monitoring and evaluation activities, preferably with the social sector. 
 Good writing skills
 Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
 Ensure that public policies, procedures and mechanism are discussed and understood by communities.

To form Urban Effective Citizen Groups (ECGs), 2 Common trade/skill group, 2 Sub WASH group and 2 Participatory Monitoring and Evaluating Group (PM&EG) in target urban areas
To take follow up and refresher training of all the effective citizen groups (ECGs), sub WASH group, common trade/ skill group, UC-ECG and participatory Monitoring and Evaluation group (PM&EG) & local authorities at mohallah, UC & district level
To Ensure that Poor urban women, men and youth in Lahore have improved access to decent income opportunities and dignified healthy habitat.
Capacity of Poor urban women, men and youth contribute to the local governance and oversight at district level for citizen rights and social cohesion.
Local authorities become more responsive and have improved capacities to prioritized and execute urban WASH and livelihoods needs of target communities in Lahore
To Motivate and engage the Community members especially women and young girls have improved access to WASH services and vocational and technical skills in targets districts of Lahore

Effective Citizen Groups (ECGs) including sub WASH & common trade/ skill groups both for women and men and Participatory Monitoring and Evaluating Group (PM&EG) in target urban areas of Lahore

• To Conduct baseline & HH survey
• To form the VSCs, WASH Club, Children and Youth Groups and to Traind them
• To identify and Traind the CRPs, Massons and Enterpenure
• To liasoning with Duty Bearers
• Provide field level guidance and facilitation to the team member

• To develop a strong referral mechanism in order to get various services for children and women through various organizations and to make strong coordination with government line departments in order to address CP issues at PLaCES target areas.
• To mobilize religious leaders to talk about child rights in Islam in their Friday sermons.

• Maintain files of all those children whose cases were attended and followed.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly records of the cases of children/families and share with the Project Manager on regular basis.
