¨ Maintenance of multiple glass forming lines that includes annealing lehrs, conveyors, centrifugal fans, Gear Boxes, Hydraulic System etc.
¨ Operation maintenance and troubleshooting of screw air compressors, like DEMAG (5x160 KW) WUXI (2x160 KW), Atlas Copco (1x160 KW) and Kaser Compressor (1x75 KW) and (2X37 KW)
¨ Operation and Maintenance of cooling tower Induced Draft (Counter Flow)
¨ Operation and maintenance of water supply system (Raw and Soft Water) to Plant and utilities
¨ Operation and maintenance of Raw Water Softening plant and RO Plant.
¨ Development and implementation of Preventive maintenance of all major equipment like, Fans, Pumps, Lehrs, Gear boxes
¨ Planning and execution of shut down jobs. Planning and execution of Projects, modification and development.
¨ Preparation of project proposals, Material and equipment specifications.
¨ Managing inventory and its usage control, Setting min and max in SAP
¨ Implementation of daily condition monitoring of all major equipment , taking actions against the reports on daily basis
