Planned, implemented and executed emergency programs in Sindh: Multipurpose Cash Assistance MPCA, medical camps, child and women protection safe spaces, distribution of NFIs, camp management through different modalities and approaches in flood eight affected districts of Sindh province; Rehabilitated 08 government health facilities in close coordination with Director General DG Health Sindh and District Health Officer DHOs in five districts of flood affected areas in Sindh province; Provided technical assistance to the Implementing Partner IPs organizations in implementation of the response projects ensuring alignment with IRC programming approaches and principles with in time bound; Supported program technical specialists to ensure programmes are of high quality and have direct positive impact on communities affected by crises; Prepared quality reports and updates for different stakeholders; provided technical support to run operational and program  functions (finance, HR, logistics); through guidance from the in-country security manager monitor local security situation, develop appropriate security guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) smoothly; coordinated mobilization of financial resources/cash flow related to emergency activities; developed appropriate operating budgets for emergency operations; ensured compliance with donor requirements; provided administrative support and supervision to all the IRC emergencies staff in the province; conducted performance appraisals for Emergency Response Team staff and ensure regular feedback and mentoring on individual performance is provided; enhanced  capacity building of partner staff when and as needed; develop/review and approve sitreps on the emergency response and recovery.
