I trained and managed their sales teams spread all over Pakistan in Fertilizer sales and after sales services. Dealer network management and sales management throughout Pakistan was a major part of my JD.

Product Portfolio comprises of Plant Growth Promoting Bacteria coated Nutraful Urea and Nutraful DAP, along with Classical Fertilizer Brands of Cheetah DAP, Cheetah SOP and Cheetah MOP.
Other than fertilizers I have also been actively participating in Pesticides and Specialty Nutrients sales and development of JASPL in Lahore Region for last one year.

III. Channel development for Nutraful and Classical Fertilizers at national level.
IV. Developing synergies among teams of JAS & SSMs for better results
V. Appointment of the Fertilizer Team when required (Next 2 years)
VI. Review and analyze the performance to take corrective actions
VII. Coordination with Marketing, Institutional sales, supply chain and JAS sales for a win-win situation
VIII. PR with Depts. of Agriculture, Fertilizer business companies, Fertilizer Trade – Network Development
