I worked here as an Arabic Linguist, Tele Marketing executive, my responsibilities were:
Deal with clients from UAE and all over GCC using my skills of Arabic and English language, B2B & B2C marketing, in which I had to:
- Fix quality Appointments as per given target.
- Prepare the documents/Send details for client
- Follow up continuously with client & with outdoor marketer to make meeting happened.
- Keep & maintain the Hard & soft records of meetings
- Tie up with client & concerned outdoor marketer to follow up till the client sign the contract with payment.
- In addition to Sales & Marketing, I’m responsible to maintain the recruiting process, conduct interviews for Arabic Speakers, and training of new employees for Arabic and English, virtually or physically.
- To deliver value added services to customers through Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental management of their organization's systems, by getting their organization an ISO standard resulting in cost and risk reduction towards continuous performance improvement, and provide them complete knowledge of ISO standards.
- Since we are providing back office services from our Karachi office to UAE, I’m responsible to maintain the recruiting for UAE and conduct the interviews and forward the profiles to my reporting authority,
- Additionally, I’m also responsible for the lead generation process through spider web and different software or manually and provide complete support to our UAE office.
- I am also responsible for the internal audit, QA & QC, in which I have to listen to good number of calls (Arabic & English), and to make our quality better, I have to call up meetings to control the quality and make sure everything is as per standards.

Arabic linguist. I was working for the support of different departments as an Arabic language expert.
ASSISTANT ARCHITECT (Sep-2014)
Considering my performance as an executive, I got the growth to the level of assistant architect.
As an Arabic linguist now I was working with several departments including HR, conducted interviews for Arabic speakers, and was responsible for the training of new employees, until they are all set to hit the floor.
Also worked with the content department where they found any language barriers, helped them by interpreting and writing in Arabic for their content.
Worked with the Quality Assurance department as well (QA), where I was responsible to monitor all sorts of communication over all the mediums i.e. Phone / Chat / Email and provide appropriate feedback to the Training Coordinator on timely basis.
Worked on CRM and rectify issues that cause slow performance, suggest ideas to the software department to enhance the performance of CRM so that sales and support teams can benefit from it that results in high performance of sales and support teams.
