• Responsible for the fabrication, erection, welding of steel structure, piping and storage tanks.
• Responsible for the Grit blasting, Painting & Coating of pipes, steel structure & storage tanks (inside & outside).
• Responsible for the monthly progress report & approval of monthly invoice from the client.
• Witness the hydro testing, pneumatic & leak testing for the piping & ESD.
• Observation / Recommendation of repairs as per standards and procedures.
• Verify the mechanical completion/reinstatements activities.
• Witness all the welding, testing and mechanical activities during the whole surveillance inspection.
• Witness the hydrostatic testing and pneumatic testing for pipe lines and other parts.
• Submit the final test packages & documents to the client as per procedures.
• Performing piping walk down inspection and completing punch lists
