Legal Research: Conduct in-depth legal research to provide comprehensive and up-to-date information to support client cases. Research of Legal judgements,case laws and related laws.
Document Drafting:Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, agreements,written replies,CPC & CrPC applications,revenue applications, Tenancy Agreement, Legal advices and legal notices.
Client Consultation: Assist in client meetings, gather relevant information, and provide legal advice and solutions to address client concerns and objectives. Provide best remedy in alternate dispute resolutions and in administative courts
Litigation Support: Assist in preparing legal documents for litigation cases, collaborate with senior attorneys, and participate in courtroom proceedings as required.
Compliance and Regulatory Matters: Stay updated on changes in corporate laws and regulations, ensuring clients remain in compliance with relevant legal requirements.
