Senior Finance Associate
As an Finance associate:
• Monitoring results of two software’s (Running parallel to ensure data security, secure and accurate migration of data from an outdated to updated one), in respect of sales function. To ensure that the results are similar to those that old software provides.
• Through the guidelines and discussion with manager, working on identification of Company’s information need. So, that a more reasonable chart of account for new tailor made software can be design and proposed to the directors.
• Working on identification of weaknesses in current accounting system – Such as, limited information it provides to support decision-making and duplication of accounting work.
Audit Officer
As an Internal audit Officer:
• I was responsible for weekly, monthly, and daily audit of Cost of sales figure - To ensure the fair reporting of cost of sales as percentage of sales – Also these balances to finance manager, in well-organized form.
• Weekly petty cash audits, after reviewing them sent for approval, to audit manager.
• Analyze variances using BOM, highlight possible causes in light of my observations during restaurants visits (Mainly raw material usage), and report to audit manager.
• Submit monthly reports, mainly includes my observations for weaknesses at restaurants level, the consequent loss aroused or may arise, propose control action to address weakness.

Audit Trainee
• As Audit Trainee, have insight of how the accounting system works – From the designing of Chart of Accounts to the finalization of Financial Statements. Moreover, the importance of information contains within financial statement to the management of entity.
