Provide continuous support to assigned region branches to keep
the branch network and ATM up, smooth and running. This
includes all banking applications, Hardware installation (Laser jet
printers, Validation printers, Biometric, Tablets) and ATM.
Keep Track of respective region systems to be domain joined with
standardized operating system and service pack.
Perform hands-on fixes at the desktop level, including installing and
upgrading software , installing hardware , and configuring systems
and applications.
Respond to analyze and resolve PC and network issues.
Proactively initiate the necessary actions eg. removing the errors
and maximizing the stability of IT services.
Resolves and closes incidents/service requests within defined
period, procedures and allocated SLAs in order to ensure minimum
TAT and maximum customers satisfaction.
Keep Track of respective region systems to be well protected by
standardized Antivirus along with all systems must be updated and
sync with pushed updates.
Keep Track of NMS and Coordinate with vendor for down branches
/ links /interface\'s to provide high availability. This include
Coordination with Telecom Support Team and vendor for new
branch opening /relocation and change of premises.
Coordinate with back end teams for intact, standardized and
centralized security (NAC) implementation on all systems of
respective regions, cisco any connect installation, port security, ATM
connectivity and LAN Connections.
Provide support to Regional office users regarding LAN/WAN
connectivity.
Contribute in Continual Service improvement.
Comply with other task assigned by Line Manager.
Perform daily Cash Transactions on counter
IT Support to all branches of the Region
