Responsibilities:
 Management and monitoring of overall IT Operations, critical IT services and hardware equipment’s including network switches, Computer systems servers, virtual machines, NAS storage, wireless connectivity solutions, IP PABX and Phones, Attendance, Access control and security management devices, etc.
 Troubleshooting Network and systems, diagnosing connectivity/network, hardware and software faults, identify root cause, determine & test possible solutions for implementation.
 Manage Active Directory user accounts and setting up for new users, configure email and domain accounts for proper group policies implementations , also provide technical support for people using the network, to ensure reliability and smooth running of secure network system.
 Supervising all technical tasks also Take up different issues with vendor and coordinating with Clients, Stake Holders and Cross-functional IT teams to resolve the issues timely.
 Evaluate and recommend purchases of computers, network hardware, peripheral equipment and software, also to keep the inventory of assets.
 Manage and priorities several open cases at a time, Planning future improvements in network and systems, also suggest IT solutions to business problems.
 Responsible to Develop and maintain emergency plans to address equipment, power, or security failure to ensure preservation of technology and data

Configure and maintain Active Network through Network Management System (NMS)

Configure and maintain Passive Network i.e. Fiber and CAT-VI more than 300 points/cables

Configure and monitoring of active equipment through CCTV cameras

Configure and maintain Biometric Machines for Attendance Management

Generate daily and customized Attendance reports and direction of higher management whenever required

Operations of bio metric devices & security equipment\'s.

Management of e-attendance (enrolment, data fetching, report generations)

Report and follow up with NTC for E-Office Application and Internet connectivity issues

Coordinate with NITB, MOIT and NTC for E-Office Application/Suite and Internet issues

Managing and handling technical issues of Biometric machines and its software.

Responsible for overall COMPUTER NETWORKS, IT SERVICES & SUPPORT for all TECHNICAL issues and new INSTALLATIONS at Style Textile (Factory+Warehouses) Sundar Industrial Estate Lahore.
Design and implementation of new networks, Configuration of Cisco 2950 Layer 2 and 3750 multilayer switches create the VLAN on switches. Update the IOS of switches take backup of switches through TFTP server. Take the systems images through ACRONICS TRUE image server for quick window installation.
Installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults, identify their source, determine & test possible solutions, to implement solutions through Remote Access software RADMIN Server and RADMIN viewer or in person.
Evaluate and recommend purchases of computers, network hardware, peripheral equipment and software, also to keep the inventory of assets through (IMS) inventory management system.

37 Biometric attendance Machines and 17 Barcode Scanners for Registration of Users fingerprint & attendance of more than 6500 Employees.
KEDACOM CCTV NVR, DVR (Digital Video Recorder) & NVR (Network Video Recorder) devices and 30 CCTV Cameras for surveillance.

Responsibilities:
 Responsible to monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of the Whole Factory.
 Network troubleshooting, fixing network faults, technical support for people using the network

 Responsible for Analyzing, Monitoring, Troubleshooting and Maintenance of all Software/Hardware used in PTCL Contact centers
 Escalation of incidents and alerts using official escalation procedures to minimize the downtime
 Ticket management, Open, update and close incidents for IP Contact Centers
 Monitoring of IPCC (OB Dialer, CRM Dialer & Dialer Campaign Management)
 Monitoring BNCC, PCRM& CRM Seibel application & services
