• Maximum two years’ experience for Monitoring the maintenance work of nationwide Branches i. e. Electrical, UPS and Solar System.
• Minimum two years’ experience in solar projects.
• Evaluate system generation performance and capacity testing
methodologies for substantial completion of solar power projects.
• Knowledge of new and emerging Battery Energy Storage Systems.
• Completing assigned task of Ramp marking, pillar guard installation and safety work at Warehouse, Bank Al Habib.
• Visiting new sites in order to check progress of HVAC, Switch gear work.
• Minimum one and half year experience in ERP (Oracle data base).
• To perform as facilitate manager for 1MW x 2 Gas Generator Jenbacher and FG Wilson Diesel Generator, HVAC(Centrifugal, Direct Fired and Multi Energy Chillers),SKM AHU, Schneider BMS, fire alarm system and Lift at Center Point Building, Karachi.

 Prepare and update project schedule based on the contractual Obligations.

 Maintain and record update of site work progress obtained from Project Manager.
 Prepares monthly report reflecting work progress summary.

- Installation of Electrical Installation (Internal + External) - Addressable Fire Alarm system, Security (CCTV and Access control), Public Address, Cable Routing.
- Involved in the technical and Management supervision highly driven.
- Coordinate with Mechanical, civil, Architect Engineers, Discuss technical aspects of electrical system towards successful completion of project.
- Scheduling: Development of Base Line Schedule using Planning Software PRIMAVERA (P6).
- Preparation of Weekly, Monthly & Three Months look-ahead Schedule. Updating actual Progress and all related information & comparison analysis.
- Following higher management time schedule instructions and advices, reporting work field condition problems & statues to higher management, following activities of other departments in site.
- Coordinate with other Contractor for the fast progress work on site implementation of advanced system and conduct weekly Site Inspection & prepare Monthly Progress Reports

- Work in two vertical OK Mills.
- Cable Installations (MV,LV & Control Cables), Panel Termination, Over Load Relay test through Current Injector, Cable test through Megger technique, Earth make.
- Maintaining records and archives to company standards.

 As a coordinator, contact to relevant department, discussing technical aspects of electrical system towards to keep progress on track.  Preparing financial report i.e. RER, Memo and APR.
 Visiting the sites to verify HVAC and Switchgear progress.  Provide status and issue reports to the Line Manager on a regular basis.

50KW on grid solar and 66KW hybrid system. Covered PVs on parking area at ROB Multan Bank Al Habib.
 Electrical infra-structure of new branches and back offices.
 To work on due diligence report and perform as facilitate manager for 1MW x 2 Gas Generator Jenbacher and 1MW FG Wilson Diesel Generator, HVAC(365 RT Centrifugal, 365 RT Direct Fired and 650RT Multi Energy Chillers), 7.5 KW SKM AHU, Schneider BMS, fire alarm system and seven Lift at Center Point Building, Karachi.
