As a PROJECT ARCHITECT i am working on building Extensions ,Loft Conversion ,New build construction and their
planning approval application and building control drawing .

Being the Head of Building Control Department, my duties include :
Ensuring abidance with building codes of British Standards and compliance of International British Regulations and Design Guidelines.
Involved in the planning phase for residential buildings.
Coordinating with the rest of the team and reviewing architectural and technical drawings.
Responding to queries raised by clients,the concerned council members and building control officers including technical matters and advising them accordingly.
