A faith-based organization working in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa different districts on social cohesion and peace building between diversified communities.
·    Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
·    Update necessary tracking systems to ensure that project and program status is maintained accurately.
·    Arranging training workshops, Seminars and have excellent experience as a facilitator.
·    Create & distributes correspondence relevant to the team project or program internal external.
·    Communicate all issues to management prior to reaching critical status.
·    Develop and maintains accurate and complete files for projects and programs; continue to monitor for integrity and completeness
·    Provide additional administrative support as required.

Dosti Coordinator Dost Welfare Foundation in collaboration with British Council
·    Element of ILMPOSSIBLE Take a child to school (TACS) project for retention of primary school students.
·    Map out training and delivery plan for DOSTI in consultation with the SOLF and the British Council DOSTI lead.
·    Provide Training, supervise and facilitate the DOSTI teachers during the rollout of DOSTI components in the schools.
·    Use known education principles and stay up-to-date on new training methods and techniques.
·    Design, prepare and order educational aids and materials.
·    Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of DOSTI on children’s skills and KPIs.
·    Gather regular feedback from teachers and students.
·    Apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness provided by the SOLF and the British Council.
·    Track and report on training outcomes.
·    Handle logistics for training activities including venues and equipment.

·    Helping in monitoring, Traning activities and report writing.
·    Visiting field for gathering documents, photos, videos for story writing.
·    Helping to update documents and any other task assigned by the supervisor.
