Duties: * Designing ELV systems
* Performing engineering evaluations like load calculations and load distributions , conceptual and final designs, cost estimates, and value engineering.
* Evaluating and analyzing customer design proposals, specifications and determine the feasibility of design or application.
* To recommend the solution that optimize value for both the customer and the organization.
* Prepare documents covering technical aspects of bidding proposals and lead the bidding process to ensure timely completion of tasks within the organization.
* Liaising and working with clients in a professional manner to achieve project goals.
* Satisfying the clients through regular contact that a proposed solution fulfills their needs in terms of quality and price.
* Meetings with MEP contractors to defend the design of project.
* Develop relationships with customers and vendors to better understand customer needs and expand the reach of possible solutions.
* Providing a support to the projects team on site.
* To get the Senior Manager and internal sales department in confidence for some critical and prestigious projects regarding technical issues.

* Getting special discounts (for permanent customer)from Regional Sales Managers of GENT by Honeywell, CEAG by Cooper and ATIES.
