Supervsing the Agriculture activies in district Bagh and District Haveli in Azad Kashmir.
Supervising the Community Moblization teams for CO formation in project areas for execution of agriculture (crops, Kitchen Gardening, fruit Orchards, Water supplies, Water harevsting Structures) activities.
Project related work plans and reports.
Liasion with head office for preparation of future projects and giving them technical assistance.
Monitoring of activities in line with IR Core Humanitarian Values.
Monitoring of activities related to livelihood based on agriculture and climate friendly agriculture in AJK.
Providing technical support to the organization in agriculture activities.
Liasioning with line departments for the execution of the project and conducting KII\'S interviews for the M&E of the ongoing projects.
Involved in baseline and endline studies of the project.
Assisting all projects staff for execution of activities relating to climate change, biodiversity conservation and assist team lead for designing projects related to eco-tourism in AJ&K.

 Act as a representative of PMU Component IV, Ministry of Planning, Development and Reforms at the provincial/Regional Head Quarters in connect with formulation and implementation of Social Protection Policies at Regional/Provincial Level and contribute to Social Protection Framework at Federal Level.
 Act as a Facilitator in effective Planning & implementation of Social Protection Policies at the Provincial/ Regional Level.
 Acquire adequate information/knowledge of social protection policies/plans and projects being implemented at Provincial/regional Level and promote complementarily and Synergy.
 Maintain liaison with all relevant line departments and authorities for formulation and implementation of social protection policies.
 Provide Feedback/inputs/update with regard to Social Protection activities to Technical Advisory Committee (TAC), MoPDR, as and when required.
 Submit monthly report on ongoing social protection activities after due consultation/coordination with all stakeholders, indicating progress, shortfalls, issues and recommendations for improvement.
 Identify issues/ problems and communication gaps if any in smooth planning & implementation of social protection policy and suggest corrective measures.
 Regularly monitor the performance of consulting firms to ensure the agreed deliverables within specific time frame.
 Prepare detailed Work Plan in consultation of concerned stakeholders for formulation and implementation of social protection policies.

 Plan Interventions for the poverty alleviation for farmers, chilghuza collectors and other community members.
 Plan Community Biodiversity Enterprise Development and farmers’ enterprise and livelihood development.
 Community sensitization and imparting education to the communities in biodiversity.
 Organizing plans for improving agriculture, horticulture and NRM in the area.
 Designing and conducting trainings for staff, CBOs, farmers, school teachers, agriculture and forest department staff involved in the project.
 Implementation of seasonal activities.
 Coordination with the Line Departments organizations for the implementation of activities according to work plans and budget plans.
 Coordination with GPAF, WWF, USAID and ASF for the progress and activity reports.
 Community based conflict resolution of farming communities, pine nets collectors and traders.
 Coordination and supervision of field staff

 Assist National Program Coordinator Surveys for planning, budgeting, managing files, reports and conducting baseline surveys all over the country.
 Coordination with line departments, consultants, CBOs, NGOs for the conduction of surveys planned.
 Work as Team Leader during field surveys in Baluchistan, Sindh, Punjab, KP, GB and Azad Kashmir.
 Community based dispute resolution in wetlands and nature conservation.
 Conduct Socioeconomic surveys in the country.
 Compilation of Socioeconomic reports.
 Water quality and other biodiversity assessment.

 Formation of CBOs for the implementation of District Council Projects
 Plan & collection of local government taxes in the district.
 Supervision of subordinate staff in the office.
 Prepare progress reports of department for the Public Accounts Committee review.
 Liaison with the other department for their assistance in tax collection.
