• Mainly responsible in delivering the fundamentals of distribution, Shelving, pricing and merchandising thus achieving monthly and annual Value /volume set target SKU wise, Forecast, budgeting. • Responsible to developing new area and leading, coaching the sales team of eight peoples to deliver sustained competitive edge of company's products and range at the point of purchase for customers across the trade channel. • Responsible to achieve sales target monthly, quarterly and annually with assigning credit limits and control the debtors to retail dealers network to ensuring that these limits are effectively operated in order to minimize the company’s working capital and also responsible for forecast and dead stock lifting at the end of every month and settle the distributor’s issues. • Responsible to providing products and services information in crystal clear to dealers, retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and effective manners provide, special project such as working on productivity promotional activities as assigned. • Managing dealer’s discount , credit limits and channel development
