-Ensure product produced meets the quality requirements as defined by Customer Specifications
-Controlling Quality of products via visual inspection
-Solvent retention analysis by testing of printed and finished goods samples on Gas Chromatography with head space
-Solvent purity testing and report to management via DSAR.
- Analysis of Packaging film barrier properties via:
WVTR (Water Vapor Transmission Rate)
OTR (Oxygen Transmission Rate)
-Tinto meter
-Tensile test (LLOYD)
-Bond strength and COF testing of laminated material.
-GSM and micron Variation testing
-Seal Strength testing.
-Working with production and marketing team on different R&D projects like Ink, Films and Adhesive trials.
-Complete testing of finished goods product before Packing or dispatch and report to management.
-Raw material inspection and its testing and report to management on daily basis, also provide summary at the end of the month in report as well as graphical analysis form.
