 Responsible for the brand enhancement of the company on all domains of Social Media.
 Conduct Surveys in company to measure the rating of Engagement in employees.
 Conduct “Value survey & Engagement survey R-12” on annual basis & share analysis with board of directors.
 Update department organograms monthly with accuracy of reporting structures.
 Design & deliver “Orientation” to all new joiners & share company norms & values.
 Assist OD Manager in the designing, evaluation and proposing of modification of HR policies
 Prepare statistical data and reports to identify and determine causes of employee problems and develop recommendations for improvement of organization\'s HR policies and practices
 Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all managerial positions.
 Manage organization’s staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program.
 Counseling managers on candidate selection w.r.t career planning.
 Provide monthly analysis of resigned employees & solutions to control turnover.
 Float Vacancy report twice in a month for clearing the picture of hiring requirements.
 Leading Recruitment cycle from job requisition to employee induction.
 Attend job fairs for fulfilling the recruitment requirements & for making liaison with universities.
 Drive MTO plans in all divisions for support the future manager’s strategy.
 Provides payroll changes every month to accounts department for salary disbursement.
 Establishing close working relationships with organizations, different academic institutes for maintaining relations & for fresh grads for recruiting.
 Support in the development of legislation, policies, goals, and objectives of departmental programs.
 Audit of HRIS every month for clarity in decisions.
 Ability to develops and adheres to all programming, testing, access and documentation standards.
 Investigate and understand causes for staff absences & issue absent notices.
 Conducting and analyzing exit interviews & recommend required changes in policies & procedures.
 Make final settlements of resigned employees & share with accounts.
 Handing over settlement cheques & experience letters to resigned employees.
