1)Preparation of Project Estimates, BOQs & quotations for the Ongoing Project.
2)Ensuring that works are carried out according to the planned program & Approved method statements.
3)Ensuring that all the equipment’s & material required for executing the works are Available.
4)Ensuring that all preparations & application works are done according to contract specification.
5) To provide information & distribute responsibilities on the construction team.
6) To coordinate with safety for proper execution of works & resolve daily HSE issues as well.
7)Reporting Daily progress to the project manager, making weekly reports to PM & CM about of work.
8)Getting approvals from consultant for the executed work through inspection request.
9) Planning the work & efficiently organizing the plant and site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
10)Monitor the start-up, commissioning and handover of the site works. Including maintaining records of the project milestones.
11)Resolve any un expected technical difficulties & other problems that may arise.
12)Checking Plans, Drawings & quantities for the accuracy of calculations.Detailed supervision of all construction activities as per Approved Drawings and Technical Specifications.
