Key Responsibilities as Maintenance Engineer (Current position) From September 2016 to date -
To assist manager Maintenance in performing daily basis machinery operation
Responsible for smooth operation of plant machines with minimum down time
Responsible to standardized the all plant machinery according to authentic standards
Responsible for interact with production department to improve the efficiency of machine production
Responsible to make feasibility of tasks implementation accordingly
Responsible for proper preventive maintenance of concern department machines according to standard check lists and schedule.
Responsible to make maintain the lists of emergency spare parts to be kept in back up
Responsible to minimum stoppages of machines due to trouble shooting complains
Check monitor all the activities of maintenance team.
Controls the consumption of the machine spare parts.
Ensures that the machinery and equipment used in the section is optimally utilized.
Ensure that the end product of the section comply with the established quality standards.
Participates in activities relating to the implementation of new technology or change in procedure/ process.
Effectively to implement the monthly machine servicing schedule
Responsible to implement the record keeping procedures
