Leading the planning, management and implementation of project activities under assigned projects.
Lead the team members in achieving results of the project and supervise them by providing technical support.

This job involves collaborating with the project team and advocacy groups to identify NLDS and assist with finalization through selection criteria. Preparing and designing project activities with consultation from the project team, preparing consultant contracts, providing support during training, and designing training tools to ensure quality and accountability. also participate in meetings with stakeholders, assist with the development of action plans, and support the MEAL unit during fieldwork, as well as prepare budgets for activities according to DIP and create quarterly work plans and progress reports.

Conduct hygiene education sessions with community members, including demonstrating proper hand-washing techniques and use of latrines
Develop and implement hygiene promotion campaigns, including creating educational materials and conducting outreach activities

Identify training and development needs throughout the organization using a training need analysis survey.
Update training materials to make these more relevant to the needs of the organization Produce a resourced annual training plan in coordination with department heads based on training needs identified for staff members and organizational aims and objectives.

Identified and supervised the collection of data from LHW (Lady Health Worker) covered and uncovered locations of the Union Councils. Conducted regular meetings with LSOs (Local Support Organizations) to discuss health related issues and services, and have sought community feedback and brought it to relevant forums for discussion. Identified and engaged community focal persons in relevant areas on a volunteer basis, coordinated between JSOs (Junior Support Organizations) and vaccinators, created mass awareness about the benefits of vaccination, and conducted awareness sessions with community members. Successfully engaged in and monitored vaccination activities and immunization services.
