Job Purpose: The Human Resource Officer is responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which include Job analyses, recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, compensation management, record keeping and employee counselling.

Main Responsibilities & Tasks:

• Assist in Development and implementation of Human Resource Integrated Management Plan (HRIMP) of H.F.
• Provide support in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

• Provide support to Manager HR in development of procedures where necessary in view of the gaps in the existing policies of HF.
• Guide all staff of HF on HR issues.
• Provide support on disciplinary, grievance issues etc.
• Ensure timely preparation of payroll.
• Manage/coordinate activities related to staff contracts, benefits, training need assessments. Performance evaluation and handing/taking over procedures.
• Ensure the maintenance of personal records of all employees.
