Centralized Clearing Officer-Retail Services Delivery Central & North Region
• Work As Clearing Officer Retail Services Delivery Central & North Region ,main responsibilities
Include inward clearing, outward clearing, same day and intercity clearing execution procedures of central & north region branches, processing of all clearing data, related queries etc. as per defined parameters of sop, compliance policies and SBP prudential regulations.
• Maintenance of daily MIS return report using graphical representation regarding discrepancies in return cheques and arranged marked return in system.
• Ensuring smooth processing of all department processes.
• Balancing the clearing of all Lahore region branches with the NIFT Scroll.
• Reconciliation of GL Account and Suspense Account and preparing comprehensive report of all the account status.
• Inter-Office Memo regarding any update in account execution procedures & requirement in light of SOP & Compliance function.

• Handling Cleaning
• Handling Remittance
• Handling cheque book, ATM, Debit Cards, Bank Lockers
• Handling online transfer
• Handling Pay order and done all operation related work
• Process all cash transactions taking place in the bank
• Maintain accurate details of each transaction
• Make precise entries into the banking system
• Balance the currency, validate deposit slips, and issue negotiable instruments viz., draft issuances, promissory notes, traveler\'s checks, bills of exchange, etc.
• Tally the full cash amount at the end of each day
• Count the cash in ATMs and replenish them
• Make reports and submit them to the bank manager
• Help the customers to get through tedious banking processes
• Guarantee security and safety of all bank and client assets via effective adherence of regular corporate and legal processes
• Bring in new customers and open new accounts by advertising new services and boosting business referrals such as mortgages, insurances, loans, lending, etc.
• Educate and provide practical training to new employees
• Coordinate with cashiers, tellers, including other internal and external bank employees
• Sustain good relations with the clients
