Primary Duties and Responsibilities
To make report of vehicles that are available for load .
Will be responsible for timely deployments of vehicles once order confirms and instructions passed at terminal.
To make trip agreements for all down country movements.
To make report of vehicles dispatch for down country movements .
To make demand of route expenses
Will be responsible to share scanned copy of bilties for all up country movements with accounts department in Karachi .
To expedite Loading & off-loading at Lahore through strong follow up with warehouse staff.
Will be responsible to coordinate with Riaz Bottlers staff to handle the orders of dedicated vehicles (24/7).
Will be responsible for collection of Bilties for all up country movements and hand over it to Head office.
Will be responsible for container off-loading, Loading & shifting at different terminals.
Any other task can be assigned.
