I have been a part of a development and corporate sector since 2013 and worked with various and different projects. Being part of the field I have got a chance to work with prestigious organizations like Aurat Foundation (AF),Voluntary Services Overseas (VSO),DAI (Development Alternatives Inc.),Media Mark (PVT) Ltd, North Pole International (PVT), and Fluent school System. I also worked in literary/healthy activity as a volunteer in Children Literature Festival (CLF) by Idara-E-Taleem-O-Aagahi (ITA).
In VSO I worked as a Community Youth Facilitator (CYF) with project name Pakistan youth initiative (PYI). Its a cultural exchange program (Field work), where we worked in some areas of Multan, Engaging Youth for building community and promoting peace and social cohesion. During the assignment period I served as Master trainer to deliver Training to community youth, contributed to implementation of social action plans in local communities of Multan, Community Mobilization and coordination.In Media Mark my major job responsibilities are Clients communication, Media Monitoring, activity and event planning, coordination/Engagement with media personnel, Proposal Writing, as well as participants coordination. Initial to do list infact includes plan, do check, act strategy. During event media Management, press release development occasionally and post event report writing. I worked with Consolidating Democracy in Pakistan (CDIP) programme, also called Tabeer. DAI-Tabeer is supporting Election Commission of Pakistan in making the election management and oversight processes more credible, transparent and inclusive, contributing to the overall objective of consolidating democracy in the country. My responsibilities are Making logistical arrangements for events including scheduling meetings, workshops, Assistance to the program team in administrative and logistical arrangements, Assistance to the program team in implementing program activities including data cleaning and data entry etc.
I have a personal interest to in human rights activism, access to quality education and gender equality as I've studied Journalism in Bachelors from Punjab University, and Gender Studies from Quaid-I-Azam University. Being a student of gender studies I believe in gender equality and ready to be a part of change into a society we live in. My studies gave me gender sensitivity so I've ability to identify and analyse issues.
My experience ranges from working with donors, Coordination, Media Monitoring, Administration, Reporting, school, and teachers. The last three years have been professionally rewarding for me as my work took me to remote areas of Pakistan and allowed me to get out of comfort zone and develop good working relationship. Through these years I have extensive experience in data collection, organizing events, managing database, monitoring, assessments, data analysis, assisting in tools development and program management. In my present job my tasks including establishing linkages with officials clients and organization, carried out follow-up Media Monitoring Reports, Managed Internal and external Coordination, Maintain the monthly Quotations and Invoices, Keeping and sending data in hard and soft copy to clients, that's the reason I am applying to this position and as well as I realize professionally this job is relevant to my experience.
While I loved what I did with my previous employer I am now ready to accept new challenges. I believe that I now have a solid foundation in Coordination and management that would help to work with you.

Young Development Professional (YDP)
In RSPN I worked as a Young Development Professional for the project titled with project name Balochistan Rural Development and Community Empowerment Programme (BRACE) where I worked under supervision of BRACE Research Coordinator and Monitoring and Evaluation Officer as per agreed work plan based on the following milestones: Assisting the research team in data collection methods and field data collection. Interpreting primary micro data, conducting data analyses and analysing results using statistical techniques.
Social Mobilizer
In RSPN I worked as a Social Mobilizer with project name “Social mobilization and community engagement to promote and support uptake of Measles-Rubella (MR) vaccine during the MR Campaign of November, 2021”. where I worked in Lahore field to conduct schools/madrasah, and community’s orientation sessions to sensitize for MR Campaign. Coordinate with UC and district level staff of MR vaccine. Support vaccination team in implementation of their Microplans by involving community influencers. Maintain record of all project activities.
District Mobilizer
I worked with “Local Action for Democratic and Inclusive Response to COVID-19” in collaboration with Trust for Democratic Education and Accountability (TDEA). The project aims to contribute towards more inclusive, women NIC registration with the collaboration of NADRA and ECP, transparent and responsive democratic processes, and institutions to tackle COVID-19 and its associated challenges. My responsibilities are: Identification of low registration blocks, Rapid socio-economic assessment of the selected localities, Community sensitizations drive in low registration blocks, Listing of unregistered women citizens, and Coordination/Interviews with stakeholders, etc.
Program Intern
