·   Process monitoring of the whole implementation process to ensure transparency and accountability.
·   Ensure RCM on field level to address the complaints and grievances received on the community-level related to the project activities.
·   Ensure modalities in the selection of schemes for the rehabilitation on need basis and community participation in the selection process.
·   Monitoring of health and hygiene awareness sessions to ensure maximum participation and quality delivery.
·   Project tracking and Timely reporting on the basis of findings, and scheduled reporting on a weekly and monthly basis.

·   Study NSER relevant documents including NSER guidelines and instructional manual to develop an understanding of the registry mechanism and system developed by BISP MIS for the national rollout.
·   Prepare own field visit plan in light of the work plan and overall monitoring framework developed by the M&E expert.
·   Process monitoring for training, SM, PIC and survey activities.
·   Compile monitoring and other reports on the provided formats and reporting tools.
·   Monitor and follow up of compliance of BISP-NSER standard operating procedures, Observations of BISP M&E, MIS, Operational review firm within the agreed timeframe.
·   Conduct shadowing, Spot checks, and backchecks as and when required.
·   Track project performance, make comparison and other analysis.
·   Suggest corrective measures to field teams.
·   Compile and submit issue logs, quantitative and qualitative progress updates and reports on time.
·   Report directly to the M&E Expert at the cluster level.

• Develop and maintain a detail project plan and managing project deliverables in line with the project plan.
• Develop procedures for the implementation of the WASH program in accordance with donor principles
• Coaching staff and create smooth working environment in all levels of the project area.
• Organize regularly evaluation meetings of team members
• Ensure that all project activities are in accordance with budget lines
• Prepare and implement the WASH project M&E plan in coordination with the M&E department to ensure the WASH project meets its objective and expected quality.
• Ensure a constructive coordination with the local authorities and other NGOs for the smooth implementation of activities.
• Monitor and track project’s progress and handle any issues that arise
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
• Prepare/contribute to reporting on project activities to donors according to agreed deadlines
• Conduct KAP surveys baseline and endline in each community where the WASH project is implemented
