Working & reading the Single Line Diagram, Schematic Diagram, Power Diagram, lay out diagram, ladder diagram & other machines penal diagram.
 Maintained & termination the Machinery panel equipment’s circuits Breaker, Magnetic contactor, relay, timer & related faults.
 Responsible and working relay base machinery and Troubleshoot of this machinery related power and control fault.
 Trouble shoot and fix the fault related the Panels, D.Bs, Building Wirings, and machine control wiring.
 Working on Mitsubishi PLC.
 Responsible & maintained the machinery Solenoid valve, Sensors, Limits sensor, signal sensor, temperature controller and any type of sensor fitting and connection of NPN or PNP.
 Responsible and maintained Relay base machinery with manual operated units, M.C, Relay, Counters, timer, Magnetic coil ,pushbuttons, Limits switches, signal switch.
 Calculation & Manage total load in all departments and calculation the total consumption of factory exp Total kilowatts hour.  Ensuring that a product will work with devices developed by others, can be made again reliably, and will perform consistently in specified operating environments.
 Responsible and working on P.C.B and connection of P.C.B. Repairing and troubleshooting P.C.B.
 Responsible to check electronics (P.C.B) and change the resistance and diode transistor SCR and other fault in this board.  Working with colleagues to design new systems, circuits and devices or develop existing technology.
 Supervision to Technicians/ helper, regarding the Trouble Shoot or Maintenance and Installation, as well as allocate the work as per situations under the time lines.
 Making of schematic diagrams on Auto Cad.
 Preparing of ISO documents.
 Erection of 3.4MW power house.
 Maintaining record of Power House.
