I am responsible for all Construction, Repair, refurbishment, reconstruction, and civil work of all the branches throughout Pakistan. preparing Bill of quantity, drawings, and specification according to work condition.  Monitoring and quality assurance of the ongoing works being/to be undertaken by the different contractors on all campuses.
· Supervision and monitoring of Construction, Repair, refurbishment, reconstruction, and civil works as BOQ and specification.
· Ensure quality of on-going works activities at sites as per best engineering practices. 
· Make sure the contractors follow working plan.
· Provide the best engineering technical inputs/ Recommend solution to the contractor to ensure the best quality and deliver the work within agreed time.
· Preparing BOQ, specification and drawings according work requirement.
·Taking quantities and approving of bills according to the executed works
· Preparation the feasibility report / work estimation of every new planned work
·Completion report of the work.
· Any other relevant task assigned by the engineering department of head office turkey

·  Day to day management of the site, including monitoring the site work progress
· Preparation and monitoring the work program and work planning
·Supervise the civil construction works of the assigned site as per approved drawings and materials to ensure the execution of civil works in line with specification and scope of work.
·Preparation of IPC (Interim payment Certificate) as per drawing and specification
·  Preparation and verification of sub-contractor IPC (interim payment certificate) and claims. 
· Preparation of material demand status related to project work and follow up the materials status
·  Prepare material take-offs and purchase orders
·  Assist in planning and development of resources such as manpower, machinery, equipment, and materials.                                                        
· Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for work progress.
· Coordinate with Consultant/Client to ensure their requirement and queries are addressed and closed.
·Carry out inspections according to the IFC drawings & specifications and conduct the final inspection with client/consultant for verification and approval.
·Preparation of method statements for work
· Preparing daily, monthly site reports and other reports as required.
· Attending weekly meetings with consultants.
·Any other duties assigned by the CM&PM

• Site Execution and Supervision.

• Providing technical guidance to the contractor.
• Execution of works according to project specification and IFC drawings.
• Monitoring of schedule through daily, weekly and monthly progress.
• Responsible for management of materials and human resource on site.
• Check the materials quality as per prescribe standard.
• Inspection the site on a daily basis to ensure conformity of the established quality safety standards
