Currently I am engaged with Aga Khan Rural Support Program (AKRSP as a Monitoring and Evaluation officer. “Project Development” is my field of experience which i have demonstrated experience above 5 years. Being working with different institutions and organizations serving to the deprived communities, I am recently working as a M&E officer with Aga Khan Rural Support Program (AKRSP) a leading Non Governmental Organization in Pakistan from February 17th 2016.
I was an opportunity to work with Rural Support Program Network (RSPN) as a Monitoring and evaluation M&E officer and Qurumbara to shandoor area development organization as a Junior Monitoring and evaluation officer.
Furthermore I have also availed the chance of being vice principal of International Public School Chuinj District Chitral to educate the generation of our villages and surrounding . I was working as a teacher under national internship program in 2012. Despite of these I have vast experience in training conduction and attended in verity of training e.g (Peace pluralisms, Conflict Management, environmental and social management) etc.
Within these fields, I have always adopted innovative approaches of project implementation, data collection tools and collect relevant data from field Monitoring project activities, outputs and progress towards anticipated results Coordination with district line department , Concept Notes/Progress report Writing on Different activates for approval ,Working for the capacity building of different local support organizations, Assistance to MER manager in managing different project planning , in addition to that designing training programs and courses, creative problem-solving orientation.
I am also serving as member of various community organization Young star society including member of CERT, social welfare department Upper Chitral etc.
Having rural background from a village of Mastuj, District Chitral, Schooling in the same district, Completed University Degree in three different subject i.e Economics , Geography, Education from University of Chitral, University of Peshawar and Allama Iqbal Open University Islamabad respectively with first division. Traveling within the country for different purpose, have a diverse exposure to different societies and taste of life in different social and geographical settings. I am multilingual with fluency in English, Urdu, Kohwar, and understanding of Pashto,

Monitoring and Evaluation Officer
· Conducting Impact Assessment / Socioeconomic Analysis and case studies of different intervention in Chitral by the organization.
· Assisting the section Managers in developing projects proposals, data analysis and report writing as per required.
· Identify local partners to contract out appropriate projects and assignments for resource development
· Assisting the M & E manager in preparation of progress monitoring reports of AKRSP and its Projects.
· Assisting the Local Support Organization established in Chitral and other potential in future, proposals for Projects of AKRSP, Chitral.
· Supervision of socioeconomic surveys or any other research activity carried out at regional level.
· Any other assignment given by the section Manager.
· Application of GIS and RS as decision supporting tool for project implementation.
· Carry out field checks of data of all kinds, including the location of features and villages using the Global Positioning System equipment.
Actively search for maps, satellite imagery of the areas concerned and provide necessary topographic basis.

Organizing Excel based vaccination database of five districts of both children and pregnant women.
Data Cleaning, Management, Creating control variables for consistency in data entry.
Developing proper instructions for MIS officers based at district offices for course correction in the database for new entries.
