From 2020 till present as a Manager Technical dealing with Industrial Machinery of Leather, Bags, Wallets, Shoes and Spare Parts and Maintenance of Electrical, Pneumatic & Hydraulic System and Servo Drive.

Servis Industries are the leading footwear Industry of Pakistan which exports 4.8 Million Shoes to the customer in Italy, Germany and Europe at quality standards having its production facilities in Gujrat and Muridke.
Responsibilities:

Compiling the Switching, Annual Maintenance Schedules and supervising their implementation.
Manage the maintenance of plants which include Electrical, Mechanical, Winding and AC mechanical faults of machinery. Reactive and Preventive maintenance of Electrical, Pneumatic and Hydraulic Machines.
Test, diagnose and repair problems in the system and propose relevant solutions. Trying my level best to run machinery in least critical time & avoid production losses.
Maintained fault history, root causes and troubleshooting file of machine for improving machines performance.
Assisting in the commissioning of new projects related to safety, power and process.
Analyzing the information collected related to the daily Operations and Maintenance function to minimize outages and incidents and providing feedback where necessary.
Manage to shift the heavy machinery.
Manage to overcome the air leakage to reduce the air consumption of compressor by which electricity consumption also controlled.
Manage the civil work of plant which includes repairing of roof, walls with cement work and paint of roof &walls.
Manage the complete inventory of plant under defined budget.
Making monthly reports of consumption and complete inventory of plant.
Sharing skills and experience with colleagues and supporting the development of others through coaching where possible
