* Monitor and Control all process (Knit to Pack) as a Team Head.
*Manage and plan the internal capacity and placee order as per Shipment.* Ensure closing of all shipment plan by coordinate with Marketing and supply chain as per TNA. * Prepared dyeing and packing plan and Control as per TNA. * Plan & Control Daily Task as as per assorted Packing. * Prepared Packing Accessories Plan on weekly basis as per shipment schedule. * Sort out day to day challenges, regarding quality issues, shortfall, un assorted packing. * Provide TNA with coordination central planning team and supply chain intend capacities. * Ensure the fulfilment of packing floor capacity by feeding material as per TNA. * Key focus on all departments working and cross check plan VS Actual performance. * Prepared Packing plan sheet of all floor by undertaking of floor head and communicate with supply chain.

*Prepare TNA against new work Orders *Ensure All Work Order yarn availability by meeting with director and yarn team on daily basis *ensure the issuance of fabric to dyeing by following Ready For dyeing schedules *Ensure and follow up the issuance of fabric to Cutting order wise *ensure the induction closing of all work order under the limit of Ex factory dates *prepared shorfall against work order if required and ensure to close before ex factory dates

 






 









1. Ensure Purchase order closing of all customers (PVH, Champs sportswear, JCP, Snap,) according to TNA wise. 2. Manage Stock of all customers 3. Manage and control WIP (Processing, Cutting, Printing) 4.Prepared Shorfall (if any) 5. Custodian of Finish Fabric Stock 6.Manage supply chain process, yarn availability, ensure Knitting process with in define time line, dyeing and finishing and ensuring the finished fabric. 7.Stock management of all purchase orders
