To conduct WASH assessment on targeted area
To demonstrate the use of WASH specific items which need special knowledge for operation and maintenance, especially when using chemical i.e. water purification tablets, water treatment equipments.
To conduct participatory approach in promoting good water, sanitation and hygiene practices in targeted area
To conduct participatory monitoring of water and sanitation facilities usage and maintenance with community
To inform local authority and health department if there is outbreak in community that requires immediate response
To document schedule plan, field report and update to Hygiene Promotion Team Leader in timely manner

Major responsibilities: Conduct regular field visits as per travel plan with the expectation to spend around 90% of their time in the field. Coordinates conduct field monitoring of the implementing partners (different departments for which third-party is providing funds for projects). The Field Monitors will move in their earmarked geographic area. However, each of the field monitor can be asked to work in any district in the province. Field Monitor will follow the checklists prepared in coordination with third-party and will report back daily (or as agreed with third-party) to Monitoring & Reporting Officer and Provincial Field Coordinator with findings, as per the approved schedule of reporting and field visits. The field monitors will be deployed in the field in form of teams. Each team will be earmarked geographic/thematic area for working in consultation with supervisor for this assignment. Field Monitor will not be permanently district/program restricted and will move across the districts as and when required, according to the need of the program. Field Monitor will also arrange video and audio recording, interventions, gaps/issues of key events in the field. Field Monitors to act in accordance with highest standards of ethics and code of conduct. Teams will document a case study, lesson learned or any good practice in their respective area (one for each month). All these documents will be shared in form of a comprehensive report every month. Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Social Sciences / Development Studies / or equivalent Demonstrated work history of quantifying field data and presenting the same to formal setting. Overall, 3 years of working experience in the field / reporting capacity for National / International Funding Partners preferably in PEI/EPI field monitoring, preferably in the area of assignment (District / Place of Posting). Physically, Auditory, and Optically able for continuous Field visits, reporting and visual observance for monitoring activities. Good Analytical and IT skills are mandatory.

A transportation assistant transports passengers to and from aircraft and terminals and prepares and processes the required documentation for outbound transport of personal property. A transportation assistant checks passengers for appropriate the boarding passes, travel orders, and identification.

Planning of the social organization in consultation with the project staff under the supervision of the monitoring officer and Project manager Food Security.
Complete understanding of the project and its implementation strategy
Identification and selection of the targeted villages in each UC as per set criteria being given by the PM or Monitoring officer.  
Initial contact with the target communities for the introduction of the Project and informing the communities of the social organization strategy of the Project
Establishment of the Village Committees (VC) in the targeted villages as per Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
Training of VC members in the Community management skills such as record keeping etc.
Maintenance of the record of the VC by the VC members in the desired form.
Door to door assessment and identification of the beneficiaries for each component of the project as per SOPs.
Finalization of the beneficiaries through active involvement of the VC members.
Regular field visits and conduct the community meetings frequently.
Under the direct supervision of the Project manager, he/she will perform community mobilization activities at community level in accordance with the culture and norms of the target population.
conflict resolution if faced during the project implementation among the beneficiaries on the project activities through social conflict resolution process.
Monitor all the project activities being carried out by the VC members and will reflect them in their daily reports which will be submitted to Monitoring Officer and Project Manager Food Security.    
Acting as bridge between community members and the project staff such as Agriculture Officer and Project Manager.
Collect data as required by the program as per formats being issued to them from time to time by the management staff.
He /She will build close partnership with the target communities through regular meetings with them on appropriate intervals.
Informing community regarding the HAP and complaint handling mechanism in detail and will facilitate the fixation of the Complaint Box a t some suitable site in UC as per consultation with the VC members at UC level.
He /She will facilitate the community in the nomination of the VC members for any training and reach those list to the management staff
He /She will facilitate the community to pass their complaints to the management staff in a transparent manner.
He /She will be participating in weekly meetings of Food Security team to discuss work plan and work related issues.
He /She will provide regular monthly reports to MO/PM.
He shall perform all additional duties assigned to him by MO/PM-Food Security.
