Job Description
Develop community mobilization and child participation strategy and implementation guidelines
Develop capacity building strategy and training plan materials for community mobilization interventions
Contribute to the regular review of the Project Strategy and alignment with the strategic planning tools.
Actively coordinate with ME team to develop ME framework which facilitate effective impact measurement, a testing of the efficacy and efficiency of the partnership model (e.g. securing the services, products and behaviors etc) for successful delivery of the plan
Assist Project Director in finalizing program budget and discussing the same with potential partner to have suggestions.
Prepare comprehensive advocacy strategy and implementation guidelines
Developing partnership with relevant government and non-governmental organizations for community mobilization interventions
Develop effective functional networks with other actors working on community mobilization
Represent SC before the Government and its departments, partner organizations, donors and the public, as well as within the wider organization, as appropriate for experience sharing and learning from the project.
