§  Performing and Managing GPON site surveys, preparation, and submission KMZs of surveyed areas. Installation of FDH, FATs, OLT, ONT.
§  Performing SAT (Site Acceptance Test), Handing over of site with Zero snags.
§  Prepare, monitor, and control the FTTH cable network civil design activities by internal staff and/or subcontractors in ensuring that the ODN network is designed in a cost-effective manner.
§  Manage the ODN design activities in ensuring that the design output is submitted and approved timely to meeting the projects schedule, quality standards and customer needs.
§  Conduct Design Review Meetings and Workshops as required by the client
§  Investigate and determine if survey reports/results are acceptable and determine/justify the Feeder, FDT and Distribution cable routing and locations.
§  Ensuring the subcontractors\' performance meet the required specifications/guidelines and quality standard and take remedial actions when required.

§  Study and formulate Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) on FTTH ODN projects, and prepare proposals or reports
§  Identify training requirements for subordinates and establish individual development plan for internal staff and subcontractor.
§  Setup subcontractor pool for ODN/OSP work, negotiation with subcontractors on SOW and commercials.
§  Coordination with Client and contractors and resolving their issues in all aspects

Design and Engineering of Telecom Scope of work

Duties include team management, Coordination with client and contractors. Provide trainings,
Transmission Shifting, Cut Overs, Operating Smart QC, ISDP, WDT & Quality, ATP,s and troubleshoots. Installation and Commissioning of Huawei Power Cube.

 Reviewing documents, workflow and plans for implementation with customers/vendors
 Coordinating, and tracking new implementations projects
 Participating in client/contractor meetings and resolving client/engineering and management project issues
 Demonstrating leadership to define requirements for project risk
 Coordinate with the planning and scheduling department to ensure milestone dates are understood for each turn over area
 Monitor and control the status of punch list and exception lists relevant to quality dossiers
 Attend the weekly QA/QC, and commissioning meetings
 Review work procedures and method statements for compliance with good work practices and the customers contract specializations
 Compliance with the site\'s health and safety regulations
