RESPONSIBILITIES:
To collect import collection and release refund/return pay orders to consignee/clearing agent on a daily basis.
Check and Confirm THC, CDC, Security Deposit payment amount through Cargo Information System (Oracle Based) at the time of D.O. / NOC Letter Issuance.
Collect Pay Order / Cash from parties against THC, DOC, Insurance, CDC, cleaning, M&R, others and Security Deposit.
Issue refund cheques of balanced amount of security deposit.
To attend cases as per assigned line and as forwarded by line’s SDO and as per order to token issued

Daily follow-ups and verification of the payments taken by customers for the issuance of the tickets that allows them to travel.
Resolved customer\'s issues and responded to customer inquiries.
Expertise with various travel software’s (GDS– Amadeus, Worldspan).
Trained employees and forcing strict adherence to regulations, procedures and practices.
Daily task if assign by group managers.
