Sr. Sales Support Executive
Responsibilities
Collect weekly sales activity and sales forecast report from sales team.
Participation in Different IT Exhibitions.
Participation in Tenders through documents.
Maintain office record/ making quotation & Invoices.
Set up meetings with potential clients
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services
Handle petty cash.
Design & Print visiting cards & Advertising material.
Making payroll
Explain human resources policies and procedures to all employees.
Respond to employee questions during the entrance and exit interview processes.
Select and interview candidates for all available positions.
Coordinator & making of all ISO documents for all departments.
Accountable to check compliance of organization's goods with the ISO standards.
Resolve any queries raised by management in respect of quality assessment.
