* Maintain and control the daily project operations & activities.
* Monitor operation and ensure all activities are finish on time.
* Schedule team effectively to maintain required staffing level at all times.
* Optimization of operation to reduce cost (over time) and maximize productivity.
* Maintain a cohesive cooperative work environment through team building and motivation.
* Provide alternative solutions to warehouse manager for any operations issues.
* Liaise with Inventory team to define cycle count /stock take schedule.
* Ensure team\'s adherence to schedule, SOPs and code of conduct.
* Control all the inbound & outbound daily activities of warehouse in coordination with warehouse manager.
* Ensure that the stock accuracy reported to warehouse manager is physically matched with the system.
* Provide support, as to all reports are well documented.

* Responsible for overseeing inventory levels, forecasting demand, placing orders, coordinating with warehouse personnel, and conducting regular audits to maintain optimal stock levels.
* Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services, including sourcing, contract negotiation, performance monitoring, dispute resolution, and building strong relationships.
* Manages the movement of goods from suppliers to the organization, including transportation arrangements, route optimization, tracking, and timely delivery, as well as handling customs clearance and documentation.
* The team uses historical data, market trends, and customer demand forecasting to develop demand plans, aiding in inventory management, production planning, and product availability.
* Collaborates with various departments within the organization to align supply chain activities with business objectives, meet customer needs, and promote organizational growth.
