I amresponsible to assess,evaluate,design curriculum along with counseling,teacher\\\'s training regarding curricular and non curricular activities .

As i was The junior section head, my responsibilities were to manage and look after to all circular and extra curricular activities with the campus + Check and balance with whole staff,parents and students.

I am working as Preschool Coordinator. My duties were :

1. Counseling teachers/students/parents
2. Implementation of curriculum
3. Daily guidelines to teachers
4. Handling co curricular activities
5. Mentoring and monitoring in lesson planning
6. Conducting Workshops (regarding, activities, teaching methodologies, behavior management, effective communication etc....)
7. Assessment and Evaluation
8. Formal /Un formal meetings with teachers, parents and students.

I was working as an Academic co-ordinator.my duties were to take care of each and every single aspect and concern of school including syllabi, teachers assessment, student’s assessments, organize functions ,P.T.Ms, teachers ,parents and student counseling etc. , and conducting workshops for teachers in same premises time by time to motivate and update teaching faculty.

I was working in PDF as Consultant Educationalist, Training and ECE Material Development coordinator.

I was not only a teacher there but also responsible for all the extra circular activities held within the premises of school.

I joined the team of International Islamic school (west wood society Lahore) as an Arts teacher and Montessorian.

I was the class and art teacher for grade V at International school of Studies.
