Managing day to day support for Network operations to ensure persistent internet,
LAN/WLAN/WAN connectivity (Tower base) within all six Punjab college campuses and
University of central Punjab Gujranwala region.
• Responsibility to develop, design, implement and maintain network infrastructure and
security to support all identified college needs.
• Maintenance/Configure and support of, LAN/WAN/WLAN architecture and network
hardware like Cisco, D-Link, TP-Link, HP, Ubiquiti and Toto Link AP and applications.
• Utilizes monitoring, mapping and alerting software to proactively collect data and
conduct real-time analysis of the performance of the network.
• Implemented CC proxy, Pfsense and MikroTik firewall to secure and customize the
network.
• Makes recommendations regarding operational improvements

• Working in Head Office to support and troubleshoot network and computing infrastructure.
• Designing and implementation of network infrastructure of all campuses in different cities.
• Installation/ Maintenance/ troubleshooting of Mikrotik and Microsoft Systems, Desktops and laptops.
• Install, Configure; maintain network services, LAN, WAN and devices.
• Install all new hardware, systems, and software for Networks.
• Installing and Configuration of Cisco switches, Routers and Mikrotik Firewall, TP link and D-link etc.
• Provide desktop and server support setting up and configuring new laptops and desktops install authorized software to laptops and desktops.

Provide Remote Support of client queries technically over all the world
Work on different projects e.g Nike, Terra Data, Apple etc
Research required information using available resources
Manage and resolve client tickets/tasks online

Provide clients with Network/desktop product and services
Build negotiation and communication with field engineers
Follow up customer calls where necessary
Prepare detailed IT work logs
