Managing a team of 300 members and administrating 3 Offices in Rawalpindi:
Hiring & Onboarding: Conduct Recruitment Drives, Interviews & Onboarding of new team members
• Managing day to day HR & Admin Operations
• Conduct Technical & Soft skill Trainings: (Training Logistics, Attendance, Feedback, Refreshment etc.)
• Spearhead training and development program for new employees
• Exit interviews, attendance and sickness administration
• Payroll processing, disbursement, benefits processing and maintenance of HR records in HRMS.
• Strategically coordinating meetings, appointments, events, and travel arrangements
• Establishing / processing OPD, payroll, provident fund, salary advances, and other allowances as needed on a
monthly basis.
