I learned the installation of the all the substation equipment such as indoor transformers, substation panels (protection panels, VFD panels etc.) heavy duty cable and cable tray installation.

Being a shift engineer in the environment of Injection Molding Process, following duties were assigned to me.
 Prepare the daily production report
 Endeavour to reduce downtime of the FCS machines
 Checking of electrical part and grounding of machine connection.
 Supervise the all work activities that involves equipment maintenance and repair
 Actively participates in the Job Hazard Analysis and ensures every team member complies with all Safety Procedures and applicable task-oriented job safety analyses
 Guidance and Cooperation with the technician
 Make sure all machines are producing proper Preforms
 Conduct the meeting with senior engineer twice in a week
 Safety Inspection of portable power tools & other machinery.
 Daily basis checking of the machinery parameters of the heavy equipment activities.
 Always remember the company\'s policy, which is the target zero accident.
 Inspection of necessary work permits whenever to begin the job.
 Customer demand planning
 Put safety precautions before starting the work.
