Manage contractor preparation of detailed design drawings, material specifications, procurement, and/or construction bid packages.
• Coordinate with clients and the regional team regarding construction, progress, technical issues,contractual matters, project completion, milestones, and settlements.
• Provide input to develop and prepare contracting plan and strategy for solicitation, evaluation, andaward of contract for detail engineering, procurement, and construction.
• Fully understand contract documents (inclusive of appendices, drawings, and specifications), projectexecution plan, interface management, change management, construction sequencing, standardsspecifications, and project schedule, to support the project manager and/or company representative inthe timely completion of project.
• Contracts and Agreements Formation (Tender Documents, Letters of Award, General and Particularconditions, Scope of Work, Responsibility Matrix, Bill of Quantities, Securities and Warranties,Programme of Work, etc.)
• Contract\'s change management (variation orders, change orders, amendments, and addenda).
• Negotiating and successfully delivering various forms of contracts, service agreements, work orders,and purchase orders.
• Reviewing, evaluating, and responding to the subcontractor\'s correspondences, ensuring the contractand subcontracts are adequately implemented.
• Monitoring and processing commercial and contractual aspects pertaining to variation orders, changeorders, amendments, and addenda in accordance with the set standards and procedures of thecontractor.
• Reviewing and evaluating claims for extensions of time for completion and additional payments underthe signed agreements and law.
• Reviewing, preparing, and drafting settlement agreements, ensuring the company\'s best interests.

·        Review and approve vendors’ technical documents, such as specifications, drawings, proposals,manuals, method statements, construction procedures and methodologies, ITP’s, work sequences, andfield/design change notices, and make suitable recommendations accordingly.
• Participate in HAZOP studies, FEED reviews, and detailed engineering.
• Coordinate activities and resolve issues among proponents, contractors, and other parties to allowconstruction activities to progress according to plan and finalize mechanical completion
• Design or study mechanical modification, handling, and utility facilities. Execute capital projectsaccording to the work scope, schedule, and budget.
• Review mechanical design with respect to the scope of work (SOW).
• Monitoring the progress and providing new work to the contractor
