After completing my graduation in June 2006, I have joined the Cyber Internet Services (the leading ISP/Telecom solution provider in Pakistan) as RF engineer and worked with best technical and management team for 6 years availing various roles during my tenure. In 2012 I said good bye to Cybernet and joined social sector in March 2013 till date. In 2008, a huge displacement of peoples made due to militancy and worst sectarian clashes of the history in the area and our region is one of the badly affected regions. Hundredths of peoples last their lives, properties. Livelihood and communal infrastructure destroyed because of chaos and uncertainty. In late 2011, government of Pakistan and various UN agencies effort their best for the early recovery of TDP’s/IDP’s and also worked for the restoration and rehabilitation of communal and livelihood infrastructures. In early 2012, UNOCHA launched two projects WASH and shelter funded by EU in the region. FRD and SEED were the IP’s assisting the UNOCHA in the implementation of shelter and WASH projects respectively. I facilitated the FRD team voluntarily and provide full time support to run the project smoothly and FRD’ team did their best in all aspects. SEED worked on the restoration and rehabilitation of water sources and I have also facilitated the SEED team till the completion of the project. Both of the projects played key role in the rehabilitation and restoration of communal infrastructure. In 2013, UNWFP extended the PRRO-200250 program to SWD, Orakzai and Kurram districts. The three components of PRRO (Protracted Recovery &Relief Operations) are Livelihood (FFW), Education (FFE) and Health (CMAM). The goals of PRRO 200250 were to enhance food security and nutrition among vulnerable populations of the tribal districts. The recovery component will introduce supplementary feeding to prevent stunting and micronutrient deficiencies in FATA and Sindh Province. PRRO pledges to end hunger, achieve food security, improve nutrition and promote sustainable agriculture infrastructure and also works for the prevention of child labor in less developed areas specially the remote areas of FATA. Beside these all the aim of the PRRO intervention was to make sure each child to go school back as well as to improve the literacy rate in the areas where the literacy rate is below average, the program also enhance the teaching techniques, methodologies at primary level in FATA.WFP arranged time to time workshop for teacher training in each district and also arranged exposure visits for PTC members. WFP also provide food supplements to each child in every school (309 Primary schools in Kurram) in the form of HEB (High Energy Biscuits) and vegetable oil to attract the children toward school and also to accomplish the insecurity of balanced food of children. The impact of PRRO became visible with in limited time and tens of non-functional primary schools became functional and significant enrolment increase noticed in the schools having less enrolment. PRRO also achieved significant goals in health sector.

Responsibilities:
• Managed and supervised the overall PRRO project activities in Kurram
• Coordination meeting with stakeholders (Education, Health & Agricultural Departments)
• Collection of data of enrolled children from 309 primary schools each month.
• Collection of data of PLW’s, children (6-59 months) from all over the kurram each months utilizing the services of LHWs
• Planed timely provision of NFIs and food items to 309 schools ,19 health facilities and FFW distribution points all over the Kurram each month
• Regular Coordination meetings, plan and program sharing with Stack holder i.e. Political administration, Law enforcement Agencies, FDMA, TPM, Health and Education department

I have joined the Cyber Internet Services (Pvt) Ltd as fresh engineer on June 26th 2006.Cybernet is the leading ISP, Telecom and Power solution provider in Pakistan. Shifted to Peshawar regional office after completing probation period in Islamabad. With in limited time I have promoted to senior engineer and have the responsibilities to supervise all the activities related RF and satellite communication. In early 2010 promoted to TAC engineer L2 and transferred back to north regional head office Islamabad. I could not continue my job further due to some personal reasons and obstacles and said good bye to Cybernet in March 2012.

1. Site selection, LoS survey, prepare site feasibility report, equipment selection, installation, commissioning and maintenance of RF and satellite PTP/PMP data links,
2. To arrange standard power measures including stable power, standard grounding, installation of isolation transformer where the ground voltage varies and also installed PV panel with complete solar-electric component in case of unavailability of alternate source of power.
