Step -In this profession ,with a modest Intermediate certificate in 2010 as a Computer operator ,in a unit of Shafi Group (Premier Leather Exporter) but with a strong Mentoring , I started the tough journey , of personal development , through a continues learning and grooming process , to reach the present position of Assistant Manager HR & Administration in 2015 ,

• Management of the full recruitment process including sourcing strategy; interviewing; reference checking; making offers to candidates; driving and delivering induction training.
• Evaluating competencies & training needs for all employees. Developing and maintaining job descriptions
• Developed and implement the corporate policies and other relevant documentations
• Work closely with the senior management to identity, develop and implement training and development programs in line with the business objectives.
• Provide consultation to management on employee relation issues, and manage all disciplinary issues within the organization. Manage all redundancy situation including calculations, financial guidance and communication to effected employees.
• Liaising with union representatives in all grievance issues, negotiation such as shift changes, redundancy criteria and other general IR issues;
• Ensuring organization compliance with all legislation and advising managers to all industrial relations issues; ensuring organizational operation in line with employment legislation and Health and safety at work legislation.
• Management of Health and Safety for the entire site including risk assessments, audits and revisions of policy and procedures
• Delivery of occupational health and safety training to employee on regular basis.
• Responsible of transport management, mess, housekeeping management and security matters.
• Deal all kind of Contractors, EOBI, SESSI & Group Insurance & Govt. Agencies etc.
